Medium strength nicotine pouches
Take one pouch and place it between your gum and upper lip. Leave it there; you do not chew or swallow it. You will usually feel a light tingling as the nicotine starts to release. That is normal and settles after a minute or two.
Keep the pouch in for up to 30 to 60 minutes, then take it out and put it in a bin. Do not flush it. Most cans have a catch lid on top for used pouches, which is easier than hunting for a bin on a train platform. Most people use one pouch at a time.
