Refunds and Returns Policy

We will only process returns if the incorrect order has been dispatched. All other issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shoppers have the right to cancel their order within fourteen days of receiving the goods. If an order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded within 24 hours after the returned goods are received by NicPouches.com. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued immediately. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. If there is an issue with the product itself, the shopper must first report the issue to NicPouches.com before returning the product.
