Pixx Nicotine Toothpicks

About Pixx Nicotine Toothpicks

Pixx (formerly NicPix) is made by Crystalize in partnership with Drip Hacks and The Flavour Smiths. Every toothpick is crafted from natural birchwood and infused with pharmaceutical-grade nicotine and UK-made flavourings. No tobacco, no smoke, no vapour, no spit. Just a toothpick you chew or hold in your mouth.

The concept is simple: nicotine delivery through a familiar, everyday object. You place a Pixx toothpick in your mouth, rest it along your cheek and gum, and gently chew or suck. Nicotine is absorbed through the lining of your mouth (buccal absorption), the same principle behind nicotine pouches, but in a lighter, hands-free format. Each pick delivers 10mg of nicotine over 10 to 20 minutes depending on how actively you chew. There is also a 0mg nicotine-free option available in select flavours for anyone looking to keep the habit without the nicotine.

What makes Pixx different from nicotine pouches is the oral fixation element. For people switching from smoking or vaping, the physical habit of having something in your mouth is often as hard to break as the nicotine itself. A toothpick directly replaces that hand-to-mouth action in a way that pouches cannot. This is why Pixx positions itself as a habit-replacement tool as much as a nicotine product.

Pixx Flavours at NicPouches

NicPouches stocks the full Pixx range of 10 flavours. Each pack contains 20 birchwood toothpicks infused with 10mg of nicotine per pick. Select flavours are also available in a 0mg nicotine-free version.

How Do Pixx Nicotine Toothpicks Work?

Place a Pixx toothpick in your mouth, between your cheek and gum, and chew or suck gently. The nicotine and flavour are infused directly into the birchwood using the Crystalize process, so they release slowly and evenly as you use the pick. Each toothpick delivers 10mg of nicotine over 10 to 20 minutes. There is no smoke, no vapour, and no spitting. When you are done, dispose of the used pick. The pack lid has a compartment for storing used toothpicks when a bin is not available.

Who Are Pixx Nicotine Toothpicks For?

Pixx works best for people who want nicotine but also need something to replace the physical habit of smoking or vaping. The hand-to-mouth action and oral fixation of chewing a toothpick directly mimics the behavioural side of smoking in a way that pouches and strips do not. This makes Pixx particularly useful for people in the early stages of quitting who find that nicotine alone is not enough to manage cravings.

Pixx toothpicks are also ideal for situations where even pouches feel too conspicuous: planes, meetings, job interviews, or anywhere you want an invisible nicotine option. A toothpick draws zero attention.

If you prefer a nicotine product that sits under your lip with a wider choice of strengths and flavours, VELO, ZYN, or Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches are better suited. If you want a different smoke-free format, NicPouches also stocks nicotine strips.
