Using VELO is simple. Take one pouch and place it between your gum and upper lip. Leave it there; you do not chew or swallow it. You will usually feel a light tingling sensation as the nicotine starts to release, which settles after a minute or two. Keep the pouch in for up to around 30 to 60 minutes, then remove and dispose of it responsibly in a bin (do not flush it). Most people use one pouch at a time.
